Since the Chase Sapphire lounge opened in SAN, the Aspire lounge isn't as busy as it used to be. I'd still use it for AS flights (using PP, as the Sapphire lounge is far away from the AS gates), but for BA flights I prefer the Chase lounge (but obviously you need PP for a one-time entry per year, or a Chase Sapphire Reserve card).

BTW: they (Sapphire lounge) used to have a card for BA pax about premium drinks and food, but I haven't seen that over the last year or so. Not even sure if these are still free.
