Lost Access to Business and B4B fares
Hi there,
I realized that I have (sometime recently) lost access to the option to select Business/Pleasure/Break for business fares when on the UA website or app.
I have confirmed my employer still has a contract with UA, and I have conformed that my registered email is the company one. I have conformed that UA is linked with my company's Concur account.
The only thing I can think of is that I did register my private consulting business with United for Business and wonder if this has "over-ridden" my main employer's corporate contract connection?
Anyone know if this is the case? Or propose an alternate theory? Or best of all know of a fix?
