671-1059 mi = Hot/Cold Small Plates Meal + Cookie type dessert
1100-2139 mi = Nuts, appetizer, Entree + Non Cookie type dessert (sometimes F Snack Basket
2140+ mi = Nuts, appetizer, Entree, Bread/Buter, Enhanced dessert like S+S Ice Cream + F Snack Basket

Horizon/Skywest Regional Flights:
No rhyme or reason currently. Seems to depend on if out station has catering more than the flight distance. Example (LAX-BOI - cold meal, BUR-BOI - refreshments only) (LAX-EUG - Cold Meal, BUR-EUG - TBD)
