the departure day is Dec 30th. I tried again but obtained nothing.
I wrote to the customer care, informing them that if they do not reissue, I will buy a revenue ticket and ask them a refund in court.
I have to say I am shocked, a ticket cancellation done with no reason and without informing the passenger it is something I never heard of.
I don’t think I will keep flying with A3 in the future if even gold members are treated this ways. I will gladly save time and money and use FR
