I don't think this is correct. I'm at ~30k PQP and ~30 PQF. When I hit 28k PQP, I got a total of 320 PP in three transactions, all on the same day (280 + 20 + 20).

The one thing I did notice is that credit card PQP count for getting to 1k (so for the 280 PP) but not for the additional 20 PP per 3k PQP. In other words, if you get to 28k PQP but 6k PQP of those come from a credit card, you would get the 280 PP for reaching 1k but no additional PlusPoints (since technically, without the credit card PQP, you're still at 22k PQP). Somewhat of a confusing system...
