All charges and tolls are included in the Uber or Lyft quote so if's below $85 (and it usually is) that will be cheaper if you tip $10.

AirTrain to LIRR to Penn Station: 31 minutes and $13.50.
Maybe not the best option with a lot of luggage, but short of that, beats taxi / Uber / Lyft all day long.
