I guess there is no established rule for a Porsche transfer but could imagine that a change in Terminal is one element which could lead to a Porsche transfer. This at least was my case, arriving late from BSL in 2G with a connection departing out of 2F. Had a nice Porsche transfer, however needed to explain to the AF lady, that arriving from BSL does NOT require a security check during transfer. I easily made the transfer and was first to board on my connection. I would have made the connection also via shuttle bus, because boarding of the A321 took quite some time, but such Porsche transfers on short connections with Terminal change is definitely something I could get used to in CDG (and AMS.... dreaming).
I would have therefore also expected that a 2E (PEK) - 2F transfer Schengen with an incoming delay could result in a Porsche transfer, but maybe there was no staff available during the morning rush or they had other priorities to deal with.
