You should be able to upgrade HA long haul with your two upgrade certificates (if you have them)--it sounds like once the HA certs are converted to AS certs, you can use the AS certs to upgrade HA long haul three days prior (depending on space available)....remember that HA long haul flights can be upgraded with two certificates but the upcoming AS long haul flights (at least for now) can't be upgraded with certs at all.
