Have a long connection coming up through WAW. It will be my first time going through this airport/city.

I arrive at 9am (schengen), and depart at 8pm (non-schengen). From my research, it looks like I should have plenty of time to visit the city.
Was thinking of taking the S2/S3 train into town, exploring a bit, and aim to start returning to airport around 5pm.

Just wanted a quick sanity check on my plan to see if I'm missing anything.
