Help with canceled award ticket
Need help with partner award reservation. In mid-march I booked two Biz award to Kenya over Christmas operated by ET. Got the e-ticket by email as usual. Today I called the M+B gold line, to know ET PNR and select the seats. After a long wait the agent told me that the tickets where cancelled in April, and even if I havent been informed there is nothing A3 will do apart to book us on the next itinerary with award seats available.
I already booked a few thousands euros of accomodation and domestic flights, but I would avoid to shell out several more to buy two new tickets out of pocket. Any chance to get us rebooked on our original flights?
