Had last week a flight in Eco from Beijing PEK to CDG with AirFrance. Really fantastic experience at ground as well as on board:
At ground: dedicated ground staff took me through security check and brought me to the lounge, picked me up a few minutes before the general boarding started and pre-boarding proposed.

in the air: overnight kit, blanket from business class as well as champagne. Greetings by the chief purser and pursers for the eco-cabin.

PS: I had a short connection in CDG for my next EU-flight for only 1h (the flight PEK-CDG has been delayed for like 15min)
Thought the criteria of Porsche expedited transfer could be fulfilled, however upon arrival, there’s no ground staff waiting for me at jet bridge. Luckily I made the connection at last. Does anyone know in which case they would arrange such transfer?


And by the way: does anyone know how the operational upgrades with AirFrance works? Is it common that Ultis get complimentary cabin upgrades on long-haul flights, even when the Eco cabin is not overbooked? Many thanks in advance :-)
