Had a recent 4-night stay last week; second time at the property. Upgraded to a deluxe king bedroom with sea view. They were able to accommodate my 09:00 check in time, which I was super grateful for.

Location was super convenient. Directly connected to Bugis station and lots of food / shopping in the underpass, though they all close quite early and so do the convenient stores.

Room smelled humid and smelled like durians (?) when I walked in, especially the shower felt extremely damp, but I got used to it. Internet was around 15 mbps and was fine for Zoom calls, which I had a lot of at night. Food delivery was dropped off at the lobby. The curtains were not black out, which disturbed my sleep when adjusting to jetlag, but not that big of a deal. Plugs have type G (UK / Singapore / Malaysia) plugs as well as a USB-A and USB-C port each.
I didn't get to try the breakfast because I kept sleeping in.

Gym was decent and was open 24/7.

Overall I'd probably come back here since this is the best MRT-connected Hyatt option in Singapore.
