You have to click on your desired dates even when the seat symbol indicator shows no availability, to be sure.

Broken award availability checker that actually just serves confusing and outright inaccurate results. (Known to many of us here, but I'm sure Gongzuokuang is hardly the only person to be confused by this.) Who would think the handy "Award Availability Checker" is actually giving misleading borderline wrong information? Pretty amusing. No doubt there was a team of people for some time whose achievement was this mechanism that actually makes everything worse. (I believe that was released in the pre-LLM AI days).
