I wonder what this means for Premium Transcontinental Service from EWR-SFO/:LAX? Possibly more 757s with this shift? Or will the addition of new 787s cascade other WBs to the route? Plus, BOS really needs consistency on BOS-SFO/LAX, which is currently 757s during the winter and 7M9s during the summer. Pushing the 7MAX10 to 2027 means the subfleet rumored to have lie-flats won't be available for at least two more years. Hopefully the 757s moving to the east coast can cover year-round as the A321XLRs take over European routes.
