Error when trying to enter Aegean FFP on CA and OZ bookings
Tried to book a flight on OZ a couple of days ago, and it wouldn't let me put in my A3 FFP number; I eventually gave up and booked it without adding the number. Later that day I called Aegean to add my middle names to my M&B account, my account has now been updated.
Then today I tried to check in for a CA flight on Wednesday evening UK time, and saw that my A3 FFP number had been removed. When I put it back in, it said:
-3005110:FFP Name Mismatch and wouldn't let me check in online. I thought the change to my account would've sorted out any issue, but this appears to have not been the case. Is there anything else that could be the problem? What should I do now?
Apparently some people don't add their middle names to flight bookings, though this is too late now for these bookings (I included the middle names on both).
Also how do I make sure there are no problems when trying to add my A3 FFP to the OZ booking, as well as any future bookings.
