Have read what is available on the topic, but nothing more recent than 2017 is available.

SO.. Renting from National at LAX on a deal that includes up to 4 extra drivers. The booking engine asked for Names/address/DOB/License number etc for each extra driver and I have provided that info. Thing is, I am flying in on NZ and will be in LAX some hours before my friends (on QF)... so naturally I'd like to pick up the car to save time when they arrive. With those details already provided when booking, can we get away with not returning to the rental site to have them added? Failing that, can we drop in to ANY National outlet during the rental to do so?
