Staying here presently. Booked FHR and have Diamond status. The night of check in there was a wedding and the hotel was mostly booked up so we had a standard room. Had back-to-back FHR stays to burn some Amex plat credits and checked out and back in the second day knowing the hotel would be nearly empty. We were given a mountain view on a high floor but the room was otherwise standard. There were people drag racing or something at all hours of the night outside our first room so we were grateful that this side of the hotel is quieter. Not clear to me what about this hotel qualifies it for FHR but whatever, it was not much more than $200/nt so pretty cheap thanks to Amex.

Annoyingly, the hotel is claiming that if you book through FHR you do not get your Hilton Diamond benefits like the $30/day credit, only the $100/stay FHR credit. There is a Thompson that is roughly the same price that you might consider instead if you were counting on Hilton status getting you anything here. I haven't stayed there but intend to next time I am in Denver.

As others mentioned, the breakfast is a $30/day voucher per guest. Cold brew coffee was $8, entrees are $15 (just pancakes) to $20 (eggs benedict) so the voucher will cover coffee and an entree but likely not fruit, sides, or other additions. We also had dinner to use our $100 dining credit. I had steak frites that I would not recommend. My wife got chicken and gnocchi that was decent and the brussels sprouts app was surprisingly good. I would suggest skipping dinner here, which is not great, but instead using your credit for cocktails which have all been really excellent, including the non-alcoholic options.

Hotel valet parking is $59/day, we used SpotHero to book the parking lot across the street for $58 total for 4 nights so less than one fifth the cost. I think you can book that lot without reserving in advance for like $20/day, still much less than the valet.
