Recently stayed here 1 night. Quick points now, will add photos and edits if forgot something.

Team: all that i encountered were super answering questions about transport, regional foods, mezcals, local places: Anna, Luis, Carlos (Orsayo? nickname), and Eduardo

Check-in:
a. arrived 9am, asked by off-chance if room was ready, was given keys, went to room, opened door and noticed human legs without hair on bed (room L-shaped , can't see around corner), cosmetic bag on table, and luggage bag opened on floor with clothes scrambled about
b. back to reception, joked that surprise in room
c. two ladies (looked in age 70s) trouble to bring luggage downstairs, went up and carried down to reception (day-to-day fitness).
d. reception offered i could have coffee / juice while waiting, and extended that to a full breakfast
e. several minutes later, reception approached offering first floor or normal room . I said normal room.
f. 1+ hours later , reception again approched in lobby breakfast area and given another room ...room 501 with a terrace ...ok ... this property going great with nice welcome

Welcome Amenity:
1. welcome drink (everyone i think, not only Globalists; anytime you want): margarita - blanco tequila, syrup, lime juice (quick & easy)
2. sparkling wine (Globalists): is from Spain Rueda (not Mexico) only 5.5% (not even Cava ~10%), same % as Italian Bellini; and it is semi-sweet to sweet ; good for a glass after walking around and want a hit of sugar , but more than a glass it's too sweet for me
3. welcome card with name .. @trouvaille got hand-drawn balloons with various colours. my card had no balloons

Wines of Mexico: before sparkling wine delivered, asked if it was Mexican and if hotel had any white or red wine from Mexico, and would like to taste it later in day (or if hotel offered a glass of wine instead of bottle of sparkling, would acept a glass of red/white still wine). They have only red still wine from Mexico. Later in day had a taste grape blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz, and Merlot....not bad ...major point was that it was not sour . Might visit that region as go back north. Visited ~1,000 vineyards in world.

Coffee in Room (French Press) vs Lobby/Breakfast: lobby coffee has much deeper flavour

Room (see photos):
a. has terrace. check wicker chairs and pillows to make sure 100% dry. It's been reaining a lot and might appear dry, but check. Tilt chair to be in sunlight and let dry. Terrace faces street and can see neighbour apartments across the street, and occassional singing or music from Mexico parque.
b. desk in room ... but no electrical out near desk. For kettle, i plugged it in behind mini-fridge. For laptop, i plugged it in behind sofa.
c. electrical outlets: behind fridge, sofa , and underneath bedside small resting areas.
d. bed very comfortable, pillows very soft
e. bathroom and toiletries ... see photos. No comb, toothbrush available for purchase at MXN 140
f. shower pressure good and hot water arrive quickly
g. air conditioner ...yes, in room with terrace, and works nicely ..not blasting cold air in face, fan is angled down in direction of couch

Breakfast (see card and photos):
