Doable, so long you use the transit immigration and the queue there is not too long. Usually should make it, but I have seen lines there longer than 30mins during peak periods, just so be aware it’s not guaranteed…

[EDIT]Ah, I see you might be able to use the E-gates? I think I saw them the last time I went through, though that was a few years ago when they were for Malaysians only. Heck, if you’re good with E-gates, you could even use the normal immigration control area and get back in within 20 mins, again so long as security screening is not too bad.
