Did you book or changed your flight last minute? Sometimes TSA does not have the flight data from the airline, so they need to verify the BP.

My two morning LGA flights have not had touchless icon pop up. Perhaps there’s an hours window? It doesn’t make much sense, but that is the only reason that I can think of.

Opted in May, just myself and a standalone segment with nothing else within 48 hours. Luckily this am pre-check took a minute, but frustrating to have the option without understanding why it won't recognize my account.
Sometimes Touchless would not show up if the lane is not scheduled to be open - typically early morning or late in the evening.
