Hello. My wife and I are taking our 11 year old niece on her first trip to NYC later this month. We're currently booked at the Centric Times Square on a SUA, and I just saw this property is also available on the same dates, for the same points, and also with SUA availability. In both cases, the suite is a king suite, so niece will be on the sofa bed. It seems the Seville may be better from a breakfast and two full bathroom standpoint, while the Centric may be better from a touristic location standpoint. Do I have that right? Any other observations or recommendations based on our situation?
