Flew yesterday in J with KL (AMS - MEX)
I'm very unlucky these days as we got, again, a technical problem that forces all pax to disembark and wait for another aircraft
I was expecting nothing on-board following the last reports here
And I was happily surprised despite the long delay...
Crew was attentive, chief purser came to ensure my Ulti preferences were up to date (they were not applied but not a big deal) and communication linked to aircraft change was pretty good; pilot came to J cabin to inform each pax
Only drawback --> No wifi again & again which I reported
AF customer service called me this morning to offer a bottle of champagne for the over 2 hrs delay & no wifi issue
