BER Lounge Tegel (cash and pp) -> correct
BER Tempelhof (cash and SA J) -> only cash or with a Turkish Airlines or United Boarding Pass (as this lounge is intended for Passengers to non-Schengen destinations)
LH Business (SA J) -> correct, plus certain passengers on EW flights
LH Senator (SA Gold and up) -> correct, plus certain passengers on EW flights

I like BER Tempelhof, with its views and direct access to the border checkpoint (leaving to non-Schengen). Lounge is accessible to Schengen passengers as well.
