How long is normal for transfers to MP from Mypoints now? Did this over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for miles to post.

Mypoints still shows as pending. Customer service at Mypoints appears nonexistent as submitted a ticket and immediately got an autoreply with useless info back.

A few years ago I did this and the miles posted pretty quickly.
