I was able to open this in Maine using a banker. Unfortunately, he told me I only get one PP, not 2 (unless I pay). Also it looks like the Gogo passes have gone away :O Lotsa old / wrong info out there on the net. I guess this is one card the bloggers don't bother keeping updated.
