T is the cheapest PE ticket. It doesn’t carry much flexibility at all. There are 3 buckets in PE: T, E and W. Only W is truly fully flex, and the price reflects that.
Thank you for the info. When I checked pricing it only offered Premium Economy or for a higher fare Premium Economy flex. Didn't show anything else for this. Next thing up was business class. Maybe they don't offer the others on the flight I looked at.
