Should you find BA Club more comfortable than AC, you can purchase a WT+ ticket and upgrade using your BA miles to Club for 25,000 miles return between Canada/US and UK.

BA usually have promos that on a full J fare they will upgrade you to First on one leg, and give you the full tier points and cabin bonus miles of flying First on that leg. A good travel agent should be able to arrange that for you.
