I will be staying at the Park Hyatt Busan in one week and the concierge has been helpful and responsive.Their email is: BUSPH-Shared MB-Concierge <[email protected]>

They offer a car service, but it is quite expensive. You may be better off using a regular taxi (should be around 100.000 KRW). I will drive onward and will take a rental car.
