I am working through 2016 right now ad there several that I cannot make sense of:
A - I believe this was an F fare before premium plus came around
ZZ - no idea but based on the spend amount associated I am fairly certain this was paid business
ZD - ? appears to be paid business - Or, was this paid business upgraded to global first?
