Does anyone know if this property stopped allowing NUAs sometime recently? I booked a one night points stay in October and it says that I can’t use NUAs…I have the base room booked so believe it should be eligible.

I saw some posts above mention using NUAs here so assume it might be a recent change, or I’m doing something wrong 😅
