Min connection times for 2E to 2F is 1 hr, though I am unsure if booking assistance changes things from the perspective of EU/261 and potential compensation. Practically though, I would estimate - preferably - about an hour extra if assistance is booked: Allowing half an hour for debarkation (in case they request to stay on board until other pax have gotten off), and allowing to board first for the second flight (Boarding starts half an hour before departure). Assuming that the booked assistance includes transport and no walking required.

No personal experience, but a 2hr connection at the least is what I would probably aim for. If catching this specific flight is crucial, I'd add another hour.
