I can only answer this last question; Google search based on a low-res room photo (I didn't take a close-up of the bottles) proved difficult but it seems to be an Argentinian brand: Le Marque

The liquid products were these bottles:

I did take home one of their distinctive green leaf-shaped solid soaps and it has the same company URL on the wrapper (it seems to be from their Yerba Mate line)

I've been to Buenos Aires 4 times now, all over Labor Day weekend. In 2018 and 2019 I stayed here at the Park Tower; in 2022 I went to the Palacio Duhau/Park Hyatt (people are always confusing the two names it seems) but this year they wanted $$$$ and also went up an award category, whereas the Park Tower was like half the rate. I have been pleased with the Park Tower before and after this stay would still be happy to return. This year I cleared NUAs into the corner suite at the end of the hall, which still looks basically identical to the pictures in post 178.

As I mentioned in one of the pre-merger threads, while the style is certainly not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but it works for me. The only functional issue I had was that the separately-controlled A/C in the bedroom didn't seem to want to cool past ~23-24C, but since I wasn't sharing this room, I solved that problem by setting the living area thermostat a few degrees cooler and leaving the folding doors between the two rooms open all the time.

I arrived into EZE and took the Buquebus to Montevideo that same afternoon, returning several days later to Buenos Aires. The Park Tower was happy to let me drop off a larger rollaboard for them to hold onto while I was in Uruguay, so that I did not have to schlep it with me and back on the ferry. (Not that I think this is unique, just mentioning it as a data point.)
