I'm not sure what you're looking at, but as GR I can see space on all sorts of dates for 2025 and 2026 in J - not a lot and seemingly less than 2 weeks ago when I last checked, but it still definitely exists.
Edit: to give one data point (because I can't think of a reason why I can see award space and others can't), there is space for HKG-DFW on Dec 26.
Edit 2: if you are referring to flights to HKG from North America only, LAX-HKG had a bunch of seats in February last time I checked.
