Just received a form email from the Moxy Banff in advance of my stay telling me that 4pm checkout is based on availability at their hotel. I don’t need a late checkout, but if I did I would dig in my heels.
Just an update that when I arrived at the hotel I was asked if I require a 4pm checkout, despite the hotel being very full and the email I received in advance of my stay.
