My random business class award searches today seem consistent with that of the OP, no Asia Miles business class award availability to/from the US on CX metal. This could be a temporary blip, intended or unintended. There doesn't seem much reason for Cathay Pacific to have intent on removing award availability. Sometimes flight awards get removed in surges, and are made available in surges. It might have been unintended. Let's give this more time to see how long this situation lasts. The issue could be resolved in minutes, hours, days, or months. At the moment, I am not concerned.
