Instead, I got the "Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an immediate decision on the application you just submitted. Your application requires further review, which may take up to 10 days. We will notify you in writing in no more than 30 days (and often sooner) about the status of your application." message.

I had no hard inquiries on my TransUnion (what my credit monitoring said Barclays pulled) credit report when I applied, but have had four new accounts in the last 12 months, including three in the last six months.

I last had the Aviator Red in 2019.

EDIT: Barclays called me the next morning from 302-300-3664 to confirm whether I applied, my mailing address and my date of birth. I was approved on the call - $30K credit line.
