Despite sky high rates hotels want high profits over guest satisfaction

There are many rooms with AC issues. The hotel even admits that this stems from the old hotel (before rebrand and remodel) and it's not functioning well.

I'd say its about even for a proper full breakfast however @ 29k a night there is also the
inconvenience of going out and or ordering in.
Breakfast is one I prefer too have in house after rising.
That said Id love to have 3k if a Hyatt hotel has a poor breakfast which has become more common in Hyatt hotels
as they have lowered brand standards enormously over past years especially in the US
