We stayed at the JW Hanoi in January 2025 and were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. As the young man was escorting us to the room he was very excited to tell me that the last three US Presidents had stayed in this room. I told him yes I know, Trump told me five minutes ago when I spoke to him on the phone. Poor guy, my wife had to tell him it was not true....laughing.

Hotel, room, lounge and buffet were all top notch, zero complaints to present.
