AVOID ER LIKE THE PLAGUE. We have been ultra
members for about a year and they are a disaster. It’s totally inflexible with dates which is tough when you have to book anything high demand (beach or skiing over school breaks, etc) 1-2 years out. Then life schedules happen and you can’t extend a day or arrive a day earlier, etc. We have stayed in 3 level ski houses with no luggage assist (and no bedrooms on the first two floors), have had very poor grocery shopping done by their team, and have had accommodations that are not very well maintained. When you are intially vocal they are responsive…when you try to hold them to their word they fall off the planet. They claim to be highly personalized and all about the relationship and nothing could be further from the truth. They also claim to be luxury and 5 star at every turn but have one ply TP, dingy torn towels, and myriad other issues. Save yourself the headache and stay away!

Would like to hear from current or past members of Exclusive Resorts whether they would recommend joining the club to friends or family. I have been a member of Inspirato for many years and have had some great trips with them but their nightly rates continue to rise and was looking at other options with a fixed price model. I know the upfront joining with Exclusive Resorts seems very high and I've heard that availability with Exclusive Resorts is limited during peak travel times and also at the more desirable locations. Would like to know what current members think about the club.
