Is there a way to exit the departures area at HND T3 so you can connect, refresh airside in the lounge, somehow go through immigration, and then partake of the landside offerings before going back through security?

I did ask a lounge agent last time I was there in December, but there was a language barrier. My language barrier, mostly.
