Access for YVR-MNL Flight Departing at 0155?

According to the above wiki, the 3-hour rule applies even to SEs visiting Signature Suites. On AC websites, I couldn't find the opening hours of the YVR Signature Suite, however an AI search suggests that it may close at 11:15 pm (the MLL is open until 1:30 am on MNL flight days).

Qs:

When in fact does the YVR Signature Suite close on MNL flight days (M, W, Th, Sa)?
If it closes at 11:15 pm, do MNL passengers get to access it at 8:15 pm?
