I am hoping that this is not duplicative of the Resy Credits: Experiences and Strategy (Delta cards, personal Gold) (Multi-page thread 1 2 3 4 5 ... Last Page) thread (which seems singularly focused on how to use the associated credit), but I was curious if folks have any experience with unique perks/preferential treatment associated with Resy's Global Dining Access.

In practice, I have found that GDA is mostly beneficial for snagging reservations when a restaurant is otherwise fully booked (some restaurants set aside a separate pool of reservations for GDA). However, in at least one instance, I have landed a much better table because of the benefit. Commander's Palace in New Orleans is a good example of this. Their first floor dining room is fairly crowded, bur their GDA reservation lands you on the second floor (where tables are not stacked on top of one another).

Has anyone had any other similar "above and beyond" experiences with GDA?
