I don't think that's true anymore. (Splash page wise)
WestJet requires you to login to their rewards program
United requires you to log into MilagePlus
Air France have said you will need to log into Flying Blue
SAS have said you will need to log into EuroBonus
Virgin Atlantic have said you will need to log into Flying Club
