I'll be in China, including at least one domestic flight, in October. I have one very new small power bank that does have the CCC logo on it. But I also have a hearing aid charger that has lithium batteries inside which has capacity of 3100mAh. This does not have a CCC logo on it (picture below). If they take this away, I won't be able to recharge my hearing aids and thus won't be able to hear much of anything. I'll post some photos.
Anyone know whether the CCC regulation applies or is there an exception for a very small battery on a medical device. This battery is smaller than the one inside my phone (which also doesn't have a CCC logo on it).

Charger has enough battery capacity to recharge hearing aids 3 times. It has USB-C input plug on back to recharge the batteries.
