A month ago there was a table reserved for LP customers. But no escort or free seat for Ultis. Would be nice if this is done regularly. I'll be at LHR in a couple of weeks, and will be curious to see if this is in place then.

Pre-boarding has worked without issues. But, yes, it'd be nice if reserved seating in the lounge and check in line skips can be a thing at LHR.
