I just got back from Buenos Aires where I was shocked at how screwed up their banking system is. I had left over pesos and tried to exchange them in the airport which cannot be done. The good news is I made a couple withdrawals at ATMs with my Fidelity card. I thought I would have to eat the forced conversion but to my surprise, Fidelity reimburses those if there is not other fee.
