Just use the Upper Check in desks in the main T3 check in area - as UKtravelbear says the Upper Class Wing is only accessible by vehicle, but there are UC check in / bag drop desks in the terminal building, they rarely have any sort of queue these days.
The terminal building is easily accessible by car - or on foot from the Tube, Bus Station or HEX.

Looking to get to T3 on a free train between terminals (from Hilton near T4) or by foot, but I cannot find information if it's an option.
