By phone. I called to first reserve the seats for 7 days as I was waiting for some miles to post before issuing the ticket.

How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
Three times. The first two agents only saw one Business seat available on FRA-WDH (which was correct if you searched only FRA-WDH) or when checking BER-WDH via FRA. One agent even claimed train connections cannot be held for 7 days. On the third call, I asked the agent to search QPP-FRA-WDH directly and only then did both seats appear.
