Usually Condor sends a receipt after the purchase. Did you not receive it?
I usually take screenshots during the process (... because of some experience with LH Group ...) and would have just paid it upon check-in and claimed it back afterwards.
I have a full email with receipt and then the counter blackmail receipt too.....both hit my card as pending charges.....
