So heres an interesting one I have to deal with now....

I booked the prime seat via online checkin. Issued boarding pass. i paid a cheap 150USD upcharge.

I show up at FRA (J class checkin and in general was absolutely chaos). They demand 499.99 Euros or wont check my bags or go to the middle J class seat as my original window was no longer available. They even tried to say it was not a J class ticket. Im like its an AS award ticket and heres the receipt. They wouldnt take it or care...pay or get kicked out of the prime seat.

Now i have to fight condors IT too...not just alaskas!
